Job Summary

Class 1 Company Drivers support Canada-only or cross-border US fleet operations by transporting freight safely and reliably. Drivers help keep shipments moving and provide dependable service to customers and colleagues throughout each delivery.

Duties

- Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight on assigned routes within Canada or across the US border.
- Load, unload, and secure freight
- Complete vehicle checks, report maintenance concerns
- Coordinate delivery updates and handle freight carefully to support timely, accurate shipments.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 Year North American Class 1 Tractor Trailer experience
- Clean Driver Abstract
- Clean Criminal Record Check
- Proper Documentation to cross the border into the USA (For US Fleet Drivers)
- Qualified attitude - Must have when picking up and delivering to customers

Safety conscious - Doing proper pre and post trips, driving on highways and roadways, passing on road inspections, driving within HOS (hours of service)





Compensation - Paid on Payroll

- Canadian Drivers - .47¢ per mile
- BC Mountain Premium - .10¢ per mile
- Paid waiting, Pick ups, deliveries, layovers
- Bonuses
- Cross Border US Drivers - .50¢ per mile - .51¢ per mile FAST Drivers
- Paid waiting, pick ups, deliveries, layovers, border crossing
- Bonuses

Both Fleets offer Health Benefits including dental, prescription, optical, etc.
