Full-Time Sales Representative

Location: Calgary North East
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $18/hour

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Representative to join our team at our North East location.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is comfortable helping customers find the right products for their needs. Previous sales or retail experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable appliances and products
- Answer product questions and provide accurate information
- Prepare quotes and process sales
- Follow up with customers regarding quotes, orders, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom
- Work with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Assist with other day-to-day retail and sales tasks as needed

Qualifications

- Previous retail, sales,



or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and qualified attitude
- Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs
- Comfortable learning about different appliance brands and products
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
