Main duties will include:
- Coordinate daily dispatch operations for livestock, and flatbed
- Schedule loads and assign drivers and equipment
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and management
- Maximize fleet efficiency and minimize downtime
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational challenges
- Cross border paperwork
- E Manifests
- General office duties
Previous dispatching or transportation industry experience preferred, as well as solid organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of livestock, flatbed, or agricultural transportation considered an asset.
