Lead internal controls and finance transformation for Neo Performance Materials in Toronto, strengthening policies, governance, and global process improvement initiatives.As Director, you will own Neo’s finance policy and controls setting across its global business. You will partner with Corporate and regional Finance, IT, operations, senior management, and external advisors. The role also leads the Finance Systems & Data Governance Manager and supports practical cross-functional improvements.Key Responsibilities:
Develop Neo’s internal control environment, documentation, evidence, and remediation trackingMaintain accounting policies, SOPs, and approval matricesCoordinate ICFR policy reviews, communication, training,



and implementationPrioritize and project-manage Finance improvement initiativesProvide senior management updates and coach the Finance Systems ManagerRequirements:
Public-company SOX internal controls, risk advisory, or finance transformation experienceExperience leading cross-functional projects across functions and geographiesExperience developing finance policies, SOPs, and control documentationUnderstanding of financial reporting, IT-dependent controls, and segregation of dutiesIn-depth SOX 404, ICFR, and COSO framework experienceApply internal controls, ICFR, and finance transformation expertise to advance Neo’s global governance and continuous improvement agenda.
