You will introduce prospective hosts to the platform, explain hosting advantages, create listings, and refer potential hosts and renters. The work combines outreach, relationship building, marketing channels, and performance tracking.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct home visits and introduce Happipad to prospective hostsTake photos and help hosts create rental listingsBuild relationships with organizations, businesses,
and community stakeholdersAttend events and networking opportunities to generate leadsTrack visits, referrals, and newly onboarded hostsRequirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse communitiesSales, marketing, or community outreach experience with resultsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and community-minded approachReliable vehicle or transportation for required visitsComputer, home workspace, and quality camera accessRepresent Happipad in Kelowna and Central Okanagan through host outreach, listing creation, referrals, and trusted community engagement.
