Lead Catalent’s Adair Strathroy warehouse and supply chain operations onsite in Adair, Ontario, using ERP and inventory management expertise. Manage Monday-to-Friday operations supporting Zydis® manufacturing.As Supply Chain Manager, you will report to the Site Director and oversee warehouse, logistics, forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning. You will support demand and capacity planning, JDE ERP activities, PAS-X requirements, and cGMP compliance. The role supports a newly launched facility from startup through commercial manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:
Lead inbound and outbound logistics, customs, and hazardous waste documentationManage inventory levels, cycle counts, metrics, and material dispositionSupport Zydis S&OP;, demand planning, and capacity planningManage budgets,



expenditures, variances, and process improvementsRecruit, train, and guide warehouse and supply chain employeesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain ManagementCPIM or CSCP completion, or demonstrated certification progressFive-plus years of supply chain or logistics experienceManufacturing, pharmaceutical, or GMP facility experienceKnowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office SuiteApply supply chain leadership, JDE ERP knowledge, and inventory expertise to Catalent’s Adair manufacturing operations.
