You manage schedules, performance indicators, reports, budgets, and preventative maintenance. The role requires leadership, health and safety knowledge, Microsoft Office, control systems, and building-related technical expertise.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance staff and conduct performance reviewsSchedule qualified coverage for mechanical activitiesOversee building envelope, plumbing, grounds,
