Two tracks, one team SALES TRACK: CA$60,000 to CA$110,000 earning potential The salesperson owns Call 1, product and trade presentation, building a clean customer file, collecting stipps, and persistent follow-up. Bank submissions are handed off until the person proves file quality. This track has a path into Prime. SALES & FINANCE TRACK: CA$85,000 to CA$150,000+ earning potential For a proven full-cycle operator who can handle income review, DSR, lender selection, submissions, stipps, funding, and the complete file. Pay clarification Earnings are commission and bonuses, performance paid and uncapped. The ranges above are earning potential / on-target earnings (OTE), not a guaranteed salary. Many of our customers have been told no by banks or dealerships. Our job is to find the approval, find the unit, and close the deal. We deliver vehicles anywhere in Canada, including remote communities most dealerships refuse to serve. The work, in both tracks This is a high-volume phone sales and finance position. You will: - Work inbound credit applications and warm leads - Make a disciplined first call: qualify budget, income, ID and commitment on call one - Follow up persistently by phone, text, email and video - Present approved units and close sales remotely - Build repeat and referral business What a normal day looks like - 50+ calls - 50+ texts - Multiple follow-ups - Several client presentations - Closing deals Consistency and persistence drive results.
