The role

· Booking consults, follow-ups, and referrals, coordinating further tests and consultations

· Preparing OR bookings at VCH and FCH authorities

· Managing patient calls, emails, faxes, and charts in Plexia

· Handling MSP billing and private-pay invoicing

· Managing surgeon's calendar

· Liaising with other MOAs at affiliated clinics to ensure organized schedule

· receiving/making phone calls/emails on behalf of physician with appropriate documentation

· filing incoming electronic documents, test results, referral letters etc.

Ideally you have

· An MOA certificate or diploma

· Cerner and plexia experience are a bonus

· 3+ years of experience, ideally with a surgeon or sub specialist

· Comfort working independently and taking ownership

The details

· Full time, Monday–Friday, in person in Richmond

· $25-30/hour, depending on experience

· Starting December

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80.0 per week
