As a Sales Team Member, you will engage directly with prospective and existing customers, introduce products and services, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions that align with their interests. You will contribute to sales initiatives, customer acquisition, and positive customer experiences through consistent communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective and existing customers through direct interactions.
- Introduce products and services and communicate their features and value.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build rapport and establish positive customer relationships.
- Answer product and service questions while providing accurate information.
- Support sales initiatives, customer acquisition, and account development.




- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Collaborate with team members to support sales goals and campaign objectives.

Qualifications

- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a customer-facing role.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail is beneficial but not required.
