Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to foster a welcoming shopping environment
- Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities
- Assist customers with product selection, answering questions about features, specifications, and compatibility in multiple languages if applicable
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to maximize sales potential
- Support inventory management by organizing stock, restocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments




- Utilize strong communication skills to explain technical products clearly and confidently to diverse audiences
- Prioritize time management to ensure smooth store operations during busy periods while maintaining high service standards

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages commonly spoken within the community served
- Robust communication skills with the ability to explain technical information simply and effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and POS operations accurately

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Familiarity with cashiering, cash handling procedures, and POS systems is advantageous
