Were all about creating beautiful hair, pushing creative boundaries, and making people feel amazing when they leave our chair.
Candidate must be passionate, self-motivated with a positive attitude and great customer service skills.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR :
-Licensed hairstylist with a minimum of 2yrs experience, with a passion for the industry.
-Booth rental opportunity considered for the right fit.
-Prior established clientele, with room to take on more clientele.
-Confident in precision cuts , blonding, lived-in color and creative color.
-Someone who loves connecting with clients and building relationships.
-A team player with a positive attitude, and a little personality.
-Someone who takes pride in their work and continued education.
-Must be willing to work every other Saturday , and 1 evening a week.
WHAT WE OFFER:
-Commission starting at 47% with room to grow.
-Retail commission.
-Opportunities for education and growth, salon covers 50% of education with a maximum per calendar year.
