Winsham is a leading wholesaler, manufacturer, and distributor of bed, bath, table, healthcare, kitchen, and utility linen. We are a favourite Canadian supplier to commercial and institutional customers, as well as the hospitality, healthcare, and special events industry.

Job Description:

We are searching for a Customer Service Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the individual is responsible for taking orders and providing customer service to clients via phone, email and fax. On the job training will be provided. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, multi-task with minimal supervision, excellent communication and customer service skills, and willing to learn. This is a full-time position, working in our Markham office.

Qualifications:

- Able to read, write and understand English
- Good communication skills and professionalism
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel and Word)
- Excellent planning,



and strong organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Punctual, professional, and reliable
- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Able to build and manage relationships within team and across functional departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
