Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and lead follow-up
- Meet with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners to understand their project needs
- Prepare quotes and follow up on sales opportunities
- Promote company products and services to increase sales and market presence
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project support
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Represent Cintas Tile professionally in the community and at industry events

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Comfortable using computers, email, and sales software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
