Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned areas through regular patrols and surveillance, noting unusual activity and potential safety concerns.
- Observe CCTV feeds, follow established procedures, and report incidents or equipment issues promptly.
- Support loss prevention by watching for suspicious activity, protecting property, and documenting relevant observations accurately.
- Respond calmly to questions and incidents, communicate with colleagues, and escalate concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Experience
Required: Clear communication, sound judgment, careful observation, accurate recordkeeping, and the ability to follow procedures are important for carrying out patrols, monitoring CCTV, and reporting concerns. Preferred: Related security or law enforcement experience, along with familiarity with surveillance and loss prevention, can help you recognize risks and contribute effectively.
