Job Summary

Customer Service Representatives help customers get clear, timely answers and support a positive service experience. In this role, you’ll listen to customer needs, communicate available solutions, and maintain accurate records while working with colleagues to resolve questions.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries for tires and tire installation by phone to provide courteous, professional service using strong phone etiquette.
- Enter customer's and their vehicle's information and interaction details accurately, and review records to identify relevant patterns or follow-up needs.
- Explain products or services clearly.
- Identify suitable sales and upselling opportunities by understanding customer needs and presenting relevant options without pressure.




- Coordinate with fellow employees to fulfill customer requirements to ensure an efficient and smooth experience for the customer.
- Create clear and effective communication to fellow employees to provide an productive and organized flow within the workplace.

Requirements

Required: Strong customer service, communication, and phone etiquette skills, with accurate data entry and practical analysis skills to understand inquiries and document outcomes.

Previous experience working with tires and knowledge of tires and installation processes would be considered an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
