Salius Rehab is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team supporting residents in a long-term care setting. We are looking for a clinician who values compassionate, resident-centred care and enjoys working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete functional and occupational therapy assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on residents' needs and goals.
- Assess seating, positioning, mobility, cognition, and activities of daily living.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
- Provide education to residents, families, and care staff.
- Support falls prevention, safe mobility, and functional independence.
- Guide and delegate appropriate interventions to Rehabilitation Assistants.
- Maintain accurate SOAP notes, clinical records, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Assistants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Current registration, or eligibility for registration, with CHCPBC.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Passion for working with older adults.
- Residential or long-term care experience is an asset.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour
