Schedule

- Day and afternoon shift rotation, two week rotation
- Overtime as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Overtime:

- 1.5 x hourly rate after 38.33 hours in a work week
- 2.0 x hourly rate after 46 hours in a work week

Job Summary: The Maintenance Team Leader coordinates daily maintenance activities, supports troubleshooting and breakdown response, and ensures work orders, PMs, and downtime records are completed accurately. The role supports continuous improvement, training, communication, and contractor coordination while maintaining strong safety, quality, and 5S standards. It provides guidance to team members and helps keep equipment and processes running efficiently.

Area of Accountability: Responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities, supporting breakdown response, managing work orders and PMs, and ensuring Team Members follow safety, quality, and 5S/TPM standards. Oversees parts coordination, contractor interactions, training support, and clear communication across Maintenance and Operations.

Major Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily activities of Maintenance Team Members as directed by Group Leader or Assistant Manager.
- Assist in researching required spare parts along with obtaining quotes.
- Assist in the area of training
- Support Communication Initiatives
- Team Member Support
- Support Health, Safety, & Environmental Programs
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Robotic Technician certification, Manufacturing Technology diploma, Industrial Electrician or Millwright Status.
- Experience with 8-step or equivalent problem-solving techniques
- Self -starter
- Strong communication skills including written and verbal.




- Sound judgment in decision making and establishing priorities.
- Proactive and goal-oriented to make improvements in systems and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Good computer skills including MS Outlook

Minimum Skills:

- Demonstrated commitment to working safely and following health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Ability to recognize abnormalities and apply structured problem‑solving methods in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements.
- Sound judgment in decision making and in establishing priorities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to complete required training and apply learning effectively on the job.

Pay: $44.34-$52.76 per hour
