Provide resident-centered care as a Health Care Aide at Bethany Harvest Hills in Calgary, supporting daily living and independence. Work part time on evening shifts.

This temporary Health Care Aide position supports residents, families, volunteers, and team members within the designated scope of practice. You will follow resident care plans, maintain privacy and dignity, and document holistic observations. The work includes cooperation with Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Promote choices, dignity, independence, and service excellence
- Document and report care observations accurately and promptly
- Maintain protected environments using established policies




- Participate in interdisciplinary care evaluations and changes

Requirements:

- Grade 10 education and approved Health Care Aide certificate
- Registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
- Effective English speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension
- Strong observation, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in physically and mentally demanding environments
