Working Conditions

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

- Salary: Starting at $23.32/hour

- Work Location: Sainte-Julie

- Employment Status: Permanent

What You'll Be Doing:

- Schedule appointments, welcome customers, and assess their needs

- Open work orders

- Monitor and follow up on work progress

- Receive, review, and close work orders

Experience, Education, and Skills That Would Be Valuable:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position

- Excellent customer service skills

- Basic knowledge of mechanics (an asset)

- Bilingualism: Fluency in spoken French and English

- Strong computer skills

- Ability to manage priorities efficiently

- Tact, professionalism, and strong self-control

- Attention to detail and adherence to established procedures and work methods

- Team spirit and willingness to help others
