As Assistant Home Centre Manager, you will support Hardware, Gas Bar/C-Store, and Liquor departments. The position includes merchandising, procurement, pricing, marketing programs, and inventory accuracy. You will also help guide Team Members through training, scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily operations across three assigned departments
- Assist ordering, receiving, warehousing, and stock rotation
- Help achieve sales, margin, expense, and inventory targets
- Execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and marketing initiatives
- Act for the Department Manager during absences

Requirements:

- Grade 12 education or equivalent experience
- Two to three years of retail experience
- Supervisory or team leadership experience considered an asset
- Robust communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Action-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven approach
