We are seeking a Pedagogical Leader who can "lead the teaching and learning process" by serving as a collaborative partner to educators. This role involves encouraging the creation of intentional, rich learning environments and invitations to play that are rooted in children's interests, play patterns, and voices. Focusing on the "whole development of the child," by utilizing a strength-based approach to support educators in doing what they believe is best for the children. Ultimately, responsible for fostering a unified center atmosphere and guiding the team toward a shared vision through inspiration and intrinsic motivation rather than forced compliance.

- Mentor educators in implementing high-quality, child-centered early learning practices tailored to developmental needs and interests.
- Strengthen individual and team-based reflective practices and critical thinking through Socratic questioning.




- Facilitate professional development and goal-setting for the educational team.
- Support educators to interpret and enact regulations, policies and program values through reflective dialogue, mentoring and shared learning.
- Empower educators to nurture a sense of belonging, curiosity, and exploration within the learning environment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32.5 per week
