As Payroll Team Lead, International, you will oversee payroll processing, approvals, reconciliations, deadlines, and issue resolution. You will guide Payroll Administrators while supporting implementations, compliance, audits, reporting, and process improvements. The role requires solid payroll legislation knowledge, unionized payroll experience, and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee multiple payrolls for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Support international processing with internal and external partners
- Approve transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations




- Distribute workloads and resolve complex payroll issues
- Coach administrators and support implementation transitions

Requirements:

- Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation required
- Minimum five years of progressive payroll experience
- Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
- Knowledge of unionized payroll and collective agreements
- Microsoft Excel proficiency, including XLOOKUP and PivotTables
