As a daytime Café Cook, you will create a positive employee experience through reliable food preparation and café operations. You will prepare meats, fish, vegetables, soups, sandwiches, salads, and hot grill products. The position also includes menu input, inventory control, cleaning, and vacation coverage at the Refinery Café.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and portion food products before cooking
- Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, sandwiches, and grill products
- Maintain sanitary preparation, serving, and kitchen areas
- Monitor temperatures, freshness, stock rotation, and station supplies




- Assist menu planning, closing procedures, and Refinery Café coverage

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalency
- Three to five years’ food service cooking experience
- Solid line work, preparation, and production experience
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills and friendly, energetic attitude
