QuadReal Property Group seeks an intermediate Building Operator Level 2 reporting to the Operations Manager. You will maintain a distributed portfolio safely and responsibly, travelling between multiple sites each day. The position requires independent work, priority management, computerized control monitoring, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergencies
- Coordinate repairs with pre-approved vendors and contractors
- Monitor computerized control systems across assigned properties
- Oversee HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety maintenance
- Complete inspections,



utility readings, logs, and environmental assessments

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of related building operations experience
- Valid G driver's licence and clean driver's abstract
- Understanding of mechanical, architectural, electrical, and structural drawings
- Knowledge of WHMIS, lockout and tagout, fall protection, and mold
- Availability for travel, on-call rotation, and emergency call-outs
