Duties:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on patient appointments.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.





Skills:

- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office procedures and protocols.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
