We're looking for a confident, motivated Inside Phone Sales Representative who knows how to turn conversations into sales.

This is NOT a cold-calling or door-to-door sales position. We provide a steady flow of warm inbound leads from customers who have already expressed interest in our services.

Experienced closer? Turn warm leads into strong commission earnings. We want someone who can build rapport, handle objections, follow up consistently, and close deals over the phone.

Compensation — $43/Hour Expected Total Earnings

Expected weekly sales: $20,000. At $20,000 in qualifying weekly sales and 40 paid hours, expected earnings are:

Base pay: $18 × 40 hours = $720/week

Commission: 5% × $20,000 = $1,000/week

Total: $1,720/week, equivalent to $43/hour

Commission is uncapped, so higher qualifying sales mean higher earnings. This calculation uses the $20,000 weekly sales expectation; individual earnings depend on paid hours, sales results and eligible commissions. We provide the leads, training and ongoing coaching to help our reps consistently reach these sales expectations.

Daily Activity & Sales Expectations

Expect more than 20 warm leads per day. Our daily targets are to send 10 quotes and close 4 sales, with an average job value of $1,500.

The weekly sales expectation used for advertised earnings is $20,000. We support our reps with warm leads, a structured sales process and coaching to reach these expectations.

The Role





Your job is straightforward:

Lead → Phone Conversation → Quote → Close → Booking

You'll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in Christmas lighting and exterior cleaning services.

You'll help customers understand their options, provide pricing, answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales over the phone.

No driving to appointments. No door knocking. No cold calling strangers.

What You'll Be Doing

Responding to warm inbound leads

Calling customers who have requested quotes

Selling Christmas lighting and exterior cleaning services

Preparing and presenting quotes over the phone

Following up with interested customers

Overcoming objections and closing sales

Collecting payments and booking jobs

Occasionally contacting past customers

Meeting daily and weekly sales targets

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident, persuasive, and comfortable on the phone

Highly motivated by commission and sales results

Comfortable asking customers to make a buying decision

Competitive and results-driven

Organized and capable of managing multiple leads

Coachable and willing to follow a sales process

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and quoting tools

Proven sales experience is strongly preferred, particularly in inside sales, phone sales, or commission-based roles. Tell us what you sold, your typical weekly sales and how you performed against targets.

We're looking for someone who can actually sell, not just answer phones.

Schedule & Work Location

Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, five days per week.





We are considering two possible schedules depending on business needs and lead volume:

Option 1:

Monday–Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Thursday–Friday: Off

Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Option 2:

Monday–Tuesday: Off

Wednesday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The final schedule will be discussed with the successful candidate.

Working in our Elora office five days per week is strongly preferred.

We believe working in person allows for better collaboration, training, and sales performance.

However, remote work on Saturdays and Sundays may be available for candidates who have their own computer, reliable internet, and a suitable workspace.

Preference will be given to candidates who can work fully in-office.

Seasonal Business Rhythm

Demand slows during the winter and picks up again in the spring as exterior cleaning becomes busy. Hours and ongoing work depend on customer demand. We will discuss the expected winter schedule and spring opportunities during the interview.
