Trattoria Timone is currently seeking a strong Assistant Dining Room Manager to help in leading the FOH operations. As the Assistant Dining Room Manager, you are expected to help lead our Front of House team in all aspects of the restaurant through the following responsibilities:
·Running and improving all operations while maintaining and upholding Trattoria Timone's standards, policies and procedures
-Enforce and assist with all aspects of AODA requirements and standards
-Have a passion for hospitality and serving guests
·Mingling and building positive relations with our guests
-Increase and maximize profitability through positive leadership
-Boosting team morale by supporting and leading our FOH staff with all aspects of full service dining
-Maintain reservations and assign server sections
-Book large parties and events and negotiate terms of events with clients
·Maintain operational standards including all new COVID protocols
·Meet all Health & Safety standards as per Ontario standards
-Be able to work in fast paced and energetic environment
