The Assistant Manager acts as a business owner within the marketplace and LensCrafters organization. This leader represents LensCrafters as a premier vision destination, delivers key performance metrics, and supports store business plans. Responsibilities include retail operations, visual execution, doctor relationships, policy compliance, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead store operations when the Store Manager is absent
- Deliver sales, conversion, traffic, profitability, and retention results
- Partner with the Store Manager on team development




- Execute visual directives and maintain store appearance
- Support doctors, policies, and administrative requirements

Requirements:

- High school graduation or equivalent
- At least one year managing or supervising direct reports
- Knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies
- Robust communication, listening, selling, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
