We have a Temporary Receptionist position (12 to 15 months) available for an experienced Receptionist to join our Saskatoon Administrative team.
Responsibilities
- Switchboard Operation
- Administrative support to staff
- Maintaining Building Maintenance Services, Coffee Delivery, Office Supplies,
- Filing and emailing/faxing
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 – 5 years experience in general office duties
Other Skills & Abilities
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of customs and freight an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self directed, resourceful, motivated and results oriented
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Familiarity with mining and/or manufacturing industries and asset
