Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with customers, handling printing jobs, and assisting with shipping and other store services.

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email
- Assist customers with printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and document services
- Prepare and process shipping and courier packages
- Receive, label, and organize packages
- Operate printers, copiers, scanners, and other office equipment
- Assist customers with business cards, flyers, banners, signs, posters, and other printing products
- Prepare files for printing and check artwork for basic sizing and quality
- Handle cash, debit/credit payments, and POS transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store workplace
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic service issues
- Perform other general store duties as required

Skills

- Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset




- Printing or shipping-store experience is an asset
- Basic computer skills required
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CANVA is an asset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to lift and move packages when required
