Summary
As a Sales Representative, you’ll help customers explore Rogers products and choose solutions suited to their needs. Your impact: Explicit, relevant recommendations help customers feel confident selecting mobile services that work for them.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their mobile and connectivity needs.
- Explain relevant Rogers services, phones, tablets, Mastercard and Home internet options.
- Demonstrate products and answer customer questions.
- Recommend suitable solutions and identify relevant additional products or services.
- Support store presentation and complete sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Qualifications
- Strong customer service, communication, and retail sales skills.
- Ability to explain technology products and demonstrate their features.
- Sales experience or aptitude for recommending suitable solutions.
- Preferred: merchandising and point-of-sale experience.
- Preferred: basic math's, cashiering, or cash-handling skills.
- Over the age of Majority in Province and able to sign legal contracts
