Canadian Executive Search Group Inc. is currently hiring experienced MIG/TIG Welders for a manufacturing client in Woodbridge, ON.

Location: Woodbridge, ON
Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00/hour (negotiable based on experience)
Shift: Days, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Employment Type: Full time

Job Responsibilities

- Perform MIG welding on metal parts, components, and assemblies.
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and welding instructions.
- Set up and operate welding equipment.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Identify and correct welding defects when necessary.
- Follow production procedures and Health & Safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with other production duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience (mandatory).
- TIG welding experience is an asset.
- Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
