Collision Apprentice – Job Description
As a Collision Apprentice at Finch Collision, you will play a key role in ensuring our repairs get to technicians ready for seamless repair. Your responsibilities will include,
but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform industry-leading disassembly’s for Repair Planning
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle repair and repair requirements
- Deliver high-quality, consistent assistance to meet our standards of excellence.
- Report any vehicle defects or concerns to management.
- Conduct yourself in a qualified and respectful manner at all times.
- Coordinate your schedule and workflow with team members.
- Assist Repair Plan team in a timely disassembly in the repair planning process.
General Duties:
- Disassemble Vehicles
- Small repairs on Vehicles
- Assistance and training of large repairs with Licensed Technicians.
- Understanding of Mitchell Connect and Qapter
This role involves regular communication and collaboration with the Production Team and Management to ensure all repair work meets Finch Collision’s high standards.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the Finch Collision Repair Department.
