Job description:

TipTop Transport is looking for professional Class 1 Long Haul Truck Drivers for Canada–USA operations. We offer consistent miles, modern equipment, competitive compensation and a professional dispatch and safety team.

Compensation-

Solo Drivers – Up to 60¢ per mile
Team Drivers – Up to 65¢ per mile

Compensation is based on experience, route and applicable pay structure.

Driver Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience
- Valid Class 1 Driver’s Licence
- Valid U.S. visa required for cross-border operations
- Clean and safe driving record
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle safety requirements
- Ability to complete pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections
- Ability to maintain accurate logs and shipment documentation
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Robust communication skills
- Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer in varying road and weather conditions





Responsibilities

- Safely operate a Class 1 tractor-trailer throughout Canada and the United States
- Pick up and deliver freight safely and on schedule
- Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections
- Properly inspect and secure freight when required
- Maintain accurate electronic logs, bills of lading and other transportation documents
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, shippers and receivers
- Follow Canadian and U.S. transportation regulations and company safety policies
- Report equipment defects, delays and safety concerns promptly
- Maintain assigned equipment in a clean and professional condition
