We are a premier residential builder known for executing stunning custom new home builds and a wide range of renovations. We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and detail-oriented Residential Project Manager & Estimator to join our project management team.

In this role, you won't just look at schedules—you will actively shape the project lifecycle by controlling the numbers, selecting the best local subtrades, and guiding our homeowners through an exciting build process.

What You’ll Do Daily:

- Build the Blueprint for Costs: Generate highly accurate, detailed budget estimates for custom current home builds and renovations.

- Assemble the Dream Team: Source, negotiate with, and select top-tier subcontractors and material vendors to ensure high-quality execution.

- Lock Down the Details: Draft and issue solid, precise subtrade contracts, manage scope verification, and seamlessly process client change orders.

- Be the Client's Advocate: Serve as the trusted, daily point of contact for our homeowners, providing transparent project updates, managing expectations, and leading milestone site walk-throughs.

- Drive the Schedule: Coordinate with our on-site team and subtrades to manage construction timelines, preventing bottlenecks and keeping projects tracking on time and on budget.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Proven Track Record:



At least 5 years managing residential construction projects, specifically working with custom homes and renovations.

- Sharp Estimating Eye: Deep knowledge of local material costs, labor rates, and the mechanics of a bulletproof takeoff.

- Contract Savvy: Experience reviewing, writing, and executing clear trade contracts with an eye for identifying scope gaps.

- Elite People Skills: A professional demeanor that can confidently navigate client changes and settle subtrade disputes constructively.

- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with residential project management software and Microsoft Excel.

- Mobility: Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle to travel between active job sites.
