Fabrication and/or Powder Coat - Shop Labor

East Lake Manufacturing is looking to add to our team in both our Powder Coat and Fabrication Facilities. Experience in a Powder Coat or Fabrication Shop would be an asset.

Major Responsibilities:

- Help keep projects organized and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment
- Support the fabrication team by preparing materials, moving parts, and assisting with project setup
- Handle finished products and materials carefully to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Pay close attention to details to help ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Arrive on time, ready to work, and contribute positively to the team each day
- Use basic technology and shop systems as part of daily tasks
- Manage multiple tasks and keep up in a fast-paced shop environment
- Take on additional duties as needed to support the success of the team and our projects

Qualifications and Expectations:

- Experience in a fabrication or powder coating environment is considered an asset, and candidates with relevant experience may be given preference.
- Good oral communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Takes initiative in learning new tasks and is receptive to coaching and development.




- Team player who is safety oriented
- forklift experience is an asset
- physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
