SPK Strategic Group is looking for motivated, personable, and driven individuals to join our team as Client Relations Representatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building professional relationships, and creating positive customer experiences.

As a Client Relations Representative, you will interact directly with customers, introduce products and services, answer questions, and help identify solutions that align with customer needs. You will play an active role in customer engagement, relationship development, and supporting the company's client acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact directly with prospective and existing customers in person.
- Introduce products and services while communicating their features and value.
- Build qualified relationships through meaningful customer interactions.
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend relevant solutions.
- Respond to customer questions and provide accurate product and service information.
- Support client acquisition, customer retention, and relationship management initiatives.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout each interaction.




- Work collaboratively with team members to support campaign goals and overall business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to build rapport and establish professional relationships.
- Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to achieve goals.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or client relations is helpful but not required.
