Position:

The role is to support the successful launch of the Stair Treads. The role will communicate with and assist the customer service team and the material supply leader for technical support. Once the launch is successful, the role will evolve into a leader/manager level role within 2 years.

Understand and monitor the tread production process in order to project the timing and scheduling for sale demand, as well as, communicating the capabilities and limitations of the Tread line to sales staff.

Provide guidance and assist in performing the customer service ordering and planning of treads.

Work closely with and support the Tread Production team (Engineering, Operators, and Supervision) in order to deliver the optimum customer service.

Assist, provide expertise and manage custom orders demands.

Support during the planning process of materials, monitor the finishing, tread production, auxiliary products, packaging and shipping to assure well managed service.

Seek improvements & efficiencies to optimize cost and service of treads.

Assist the Product Supply Leader and the customer service group on projects relevant to the Nosing & Stair treads project/department.





Perform & Participate in other management activities to support the business

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
