Job Summary

As an Outside Sales Representative - Construction Products & Railings, you’ll build business-to-business relationships and grow sales by connecting customers with suitable products and responsive service. You’ll develop accounts, identify opportunities, and coordinate with colleagues to support customer needs from initial conversation through follow-up.

Duties

- Conduct outside sales visits, understand customer requirements, and present construction products and railing solutions.
- Develop new business, manage existing accounts, and negotiate proposals to advance sales opportunities.
- Use technology to track customer interactions, maintain accurate account information, and support follow-up.
- Apply marketing insights and analysis to identify prospects,



understand market needs, and plan outreach.
- Your impact: Explicit communication and reliable follow-through help customers make informed decisions and colleagues coordinate effective support.

Qualifications

Required: Practical sales, communication, and account-management capabilities to understand needs, present solutions, negotiate, and maintain organized records. Preferred: B2B, outside, construction trades, along with business development, marketing, and analysis skills.

Pay: $52,000.00-$151,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surrey, BC
