As a Production Team Member, you will play an important role in producing high-quality cabinetry as part of a skilled and collaborative team. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is eager to learn, and is willing to contribute wherever the team needs them most. At our Abbotsford facility, teamwork and versatility are essential to our success. While each team member has primary responsibilities, everyone is encouraged and expected to develop skills across multiple areas of production. Responsibilities

- Take ownership of workmanship and contribute to a team culture built on quality, accountability, reliability, and mutual support.
- Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as the needs of the operation evolve.
- Participate in training, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen individual skills and overall operational performance.
- Work collaboratively with fellow employees to achieve daily production targets and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as required for assigned tasks.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and use of required PPE.
- Read and follow work orders, production instructions, and assembly specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Positions available on both Day Shift (5 AM - 1:30 PM)



and Evening Shift (2 PM to 10:30 PM)
