Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
- Lead, train, and develop team members in sales techniques, customer service standards, and operational procedures
- Oversee cash handling, cashiering processes, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Manage purchasing activities and coordinate with vendors to maintain optimal stock levels and product assortment
- Implement marketing strategies within the store to boost sales and enhance brand visibility
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience at all times

Qualifications





- Proven supervising or leadership experience in a retail setting with strong team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities (additional languages are a plus)
- Demonstrated proficiency in retail sales, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks such as payroll and budgeting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of recruiting, training & development practices, and interviewing techniques
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities including sales management, marketing initiatives, and customer service excellence
- Exceptional math skills for sales calculations, inventory control, and financial recordkeeping
- Proficiency in phone etiquette, time management, organizational skills, and effective communication techniques

Pay: $18.90 per hour
