Job Description
Highly motivated and reliable.
Excellent customer service skills, phone skills, friendly and outgoing.
Be able to accurately book, confirm, reschedule and move appointments to client needs using Milano salon software.
Be able to describe services and products to answer any questions to our guest's satisfaction.
Maintain front reception area,
Organized and able to multi-task.
Opening and closing duties.
And most of all being a team player!
Salary to be determined based on your experience. While preferred, salon experience not necessary.
We are open Tuesday to Saturday; Saturdays are a must.
