Responsibilities
- Operate a Class D truck on assigned routes, following applicable road rules and safe driving practices.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after trips, report concerns, and perform basic automotive repair tasks when appropriate.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload freight; use a forklift or other heavy equipment when needed and within your capabilities.
- Coordinate delivery updates with colleagues and maintain clear, accurate trip and freight records.
- Your impact: dependable deliveries help colleagues keep freight moving and customers receive orders as expected.
Requirements
Required:
Practical commercial driving capabilities, safe freight handling, attention to vehicle condition, and clear communication are essential to completing deliveries responsibly. Preferred: Related truck-driving experience and familiarity heavy equipment operation, or basic automotive repair are valuable strengths for supporting efficient transport and equipment care.
Pay: $23.00-$33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
