We are looking for a creative and driven Videographer & Content Creator to join our in house marketing team in Surrey.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to do more than just shoot and edit videos. You will play an important role in shaping how our brand communicates, telling compelling stories and producing creative content that reaches a growing audience.

From social media campaigns and professional interviews to podcast production and event coverage, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of creative projects.

About the Role

This is a hands on, full time, in person position for someone who enjoys the entire content creation process, from brainstorming and planning to filming, editing and publishing.





You will work closely with our mortgage brokers and marketing team to produce content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

An important part of this role will be producing professional podcast content, including recording full length episodes and transforming them into engaging promotional clips.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production and Content Creation

- Plan, film and edit high quality video content for social media and digital marketing.
- Create short form vertical videos, Instagram Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts.
- Film interviews, client testimonials, broker introductions, educational videos and behind the scenes content.
- Capture professional photography and video coverage of brokerage events and team activities.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts and storyboards for video campaigns.
- Bring fresh creative ideas and suggest new ways to tell stories through video.

Podcast Production

- Set up and operate cameras, microphones, lighting and recording equipment for podcast sessions.
- Film and record professional podcast episodes, including multi camera productions.
- Ensure high quality video and audio capture throughout recording sessions.
- Edit full length podcast episodes for YouTube and other platforms.
- Create short form podcast clips, highlights and promotional content for social media.
- Organize and manage podcast footage, audio files and final deliverables.

Post Production and Social Media

- Edit footage using professional video editing software.
- Perform colour correction, sound mixing, captions, transitions and graphics.
- Adapt content for different platforms and audience formats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop monthly content ideas and production schedules.
- Maintain consistent visual quality and brand identity across all content.

Qualifications and Skills

- Demonstrated experience in videography, video production and content creation.




- A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing previous video work.
- Experience with podcast filming and production is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition and qualified audio recording.
- Experience with multi camera setups and podcast recording workflows.
- Ability to develop creative ideas and translate them into engaging visual stories.
- Comfortable directing and filming people on camera, including business professionals and podcast guests.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

Equipment Requirements

The successful candidate must have access to and use their own professional video production equipment.

Equipment provided by the candidate:

- Professional video camera.
- Suitable camera lenses.
- Audio recording equipment, including microphones.
- Lighting equipment.
- Essential production accessories and camera support equipment.

Equipment and software provided by AIMI Collective Mortgage Group:

- Computer and workstation suitable for professional video editing.
- Video editing software and required creative applications.
- Office workspace and access to the marketing team.

Candidates should be comfortable bringing their own camera and production equipment to the office, podcast recordings, location shoots and brokerage events.

Compensation

$25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, technical skills and portfolio.
