We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and promoting our products effectively. The ideal candidate will possess robust communication skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and advantages.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all customers receive prompt service.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately using basic math skills.
- Communicate product knowledge clearly to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Stay updated on new products and technology trends to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interactions.
- A passion for technology, sales or related subjects are highly desirable.
- Ability to work 4 hours without a cellular device is MANDATORY
