We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and hands-on Permanent LED Lighting Installer to join our growing team.
No previous experience is required — training will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Install permanent LED lighting systems on residential and commercial properties
* Install LED lights and tracks along soffits, gutters, and rooflines
* Run and connect wiring and control boxes
* Test lighting systems to ensure everything is working properly
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Safely use ladders and basic installation tools
* Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality installation standards
Requirements
* Reliable and punctual
* Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
* Positive attention to detail
* Hardworking and willing to learn
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable transportation to job sites
* Previous construction, electrical, roofing, or installation experience is an asset but not required
What We Offer
* Starting wage: $17/hour
* Opportunity to earn up to $25/hour after probation based on hard work, reliability, and performance
