Berlitz Montreal is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Spanish Language Instructor to teach classes at our downtown Montreal center.
The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Spanish, a passion for teaching, and the ability to adapt lessons to students' individual needs. The instructor will work with adult learners in both individual and group settings.
This position is primarily in person at our downtown Montreal center. However, depending on students' needs and scheduling requirements, some classes may be delivered online. Candidates must therefore be available to teach in person.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience teaching Spanish, preferably to adult learners (an asset).
- Ability to teach effectively in person and adapt to different learning styles.
- Comfortable delivering online lessons if ever required by a "hybrid" student.
- Strong organizational skills and professionalism.
- Availability to teach in person at our downtown Montreal center.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
