We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Assistant to join our team in the interior doors and trim industry. The Delivery Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products to customers. Responsibilities:

· Assist in loading and unloading interior doors and trim products onto delivery trucks.

· Ensure products are securely packed and loaded according to delivery schedules.

· Accompany Delivery Drivers on routes to assist with navigation and delivery procedures.

· Safely maneuver and transport products into customers' homes or job sites using hand trucks, dollies, or other equipment.

· Verify delivery details with customers, collect payments if necessary, and obtain signatures for goods received.

· Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues or concerns promptly.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and warehouse areas.

· Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times to ensure a safe working setting.

· Assist in inventory management tasks, including counting and verifying stock levels as needed.

· Support other warehouse operations as directed by supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:





· Previous experience in a delivery or warehouse environment is preferred.

· Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a variety of weather conditions.

· Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling deliveries.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if required for the role).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety regulations.
