We are looking for an experienced Baker to expand our Team and and join our fast-paced, high-volume production kitchen.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 2-3 years of baking experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Preparing, proofing and baking croissants and other laminated pastries
- Follow recipes and production standards consistently.
- Maintain high standards for product quality, presentation, design, and taste.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Follow proper food-safety, sanitation, and equipment-use procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistent quality.
- Ability to lift up to 35KG.
This is an in-person position. Applicants must already be legally entitled to work in Canada and available to work in Vancouver. The company does not sponsore applicants to this position.
